HWBOT X event organizers play a crucial role, they are the leaders of an event. Their role is to have a vision for each event and guide their team through all the steps that will lead to a successful event. Here are a few key elements that you need to to:
Responsibilities of a HWBOT X organizer
Assemble the team: As much as we would like to, it’s not possible to organize on your own. As a matter of principle, to organize an HWBOT X event you are required to have a minimum of two people in charge of the event. As the event organizer, it is you responsibility to find the right people for the job. The more people you have the better, as it allows you to spread the organizational workload. Don’t be afraid to ask for help!
Organize & assign tasks: Now that you have assembled your team it’s time to assign responsibilities. Empower each member of your team with a specific task. For example: logistics, marketing, finding sponsors, ordering the liquid nitrogen. As the event organizer, you are the boss and thus responsible for the team members to follow up on their responsibilities. Make sure the deadlines are met and the event will run smoothly.
Follow the rules & guidelines: HWBOT X events have a clearly defined set of rules and guidelines. As the event organizer, it is your responsibility to ensure participants have a great experience at the event.
The HWBOT X Experience: HWBOT X is more than just a title. It’s a powerful framework which allows you to tell your local community a captivating overclocking story. As the event organizer, you want the event participants to go home enchanted by your story and inspired to become involved in the overclocking community.
